Lori is the most amazing realtor I've ever dealt with. She's a total expert on pricing, marketing, negotiating and the entire process. She's always available, and promptly responds to your calls. She takes a lot of the stress out of the home buying/selling process. Lori helped us immensely during our 5 years in Brentwood. When we first arrived she helped us find a rental at the last minute, since we couldn't find a house to buy. As our lease ran out, she then helped us buy a home. Four years later we had to move due to health issues and we asked her to sell our home. She was amazing....she got top dollar in 1 day!!! Her help didn't stop there. My husband was injured a week before we had to be out of the house and we were unable to move cross country until he healed. I called her from the hospital to see if she had any ideas about where we could live temporarily. Hours later, she called with a perfect place for us to stay until he healed! I don't know what we'd had done without her. Lori Abreau is an amazing person.

Joanne was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and professional in representing us as we sold our home. While some of my colleagues with more modern homes were struggling to even get people to come view, we held several open houses and over a month had over 50 visitors. Even in a tight market, Joanne worked in the background to generate interest and process requests from other agents. She understood my company's relocation process well and helped reduce the stress from us in coordinating between the buyers, the coordinators, etc. She managed inspection findings professionally and in a timely manner to resolve concerns, and she consistently advocated for our interests when dealing with other agents. She was not pushy on any of her recommendations but she gave advice that was helpful. Thank God for Joanne and her help now twice in our home buying and selling process.

I'm not much one to write reviews, but reading the many positive reviews that Marco has, helped me in my choice. So I kind of owe it to the rest of you to pay it forward. First thing that I have to say is that when you hire Marco and the MVRod Team, you really are getting the advantage of a real team of people helping you out! There is a ton of paper work to be done when selling a house, and Marco has one team member dedicated to just that alone. His wife, Vanessa works seamlessly with him, so someone is always there for you every step of the way. Selling a house is complicated. Selling a house during a world wide pandemic?! Well, that takes some special skills and much attention to detail. Fortunately, Marco is well versed in everything virtual. From Zoom meetings to fancy online tours, he got the word out and got the job done. The staging was so impressive that I almost made an offer myself! Never looked so good before. Sold above the listing price in record time. So it's no wonder that I'm sitting here writing such a positive review even though " I'm not much one to write reviews". If I say any more, I'll start to sound like a commercial, so I'll just click on all the 5 stars and give a thanks to those who wrote all those reviews before that helped me choose Marco and his Team as my real estate professionals!
