I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pratima. I was very impressed in how she went out of her way to accommodate my requests which were not the standard way to make an offer on property. I did not have an agent representing me for this purchase. She made it easy to have her represent me. This was not my first purchase and she by far made this an easy experience compared to my previous purchases. She was also the first agent to show up at the title company for the signing.
