Not just did she help us find our dream home but from the first day we worked together she understood exactly what we were looking for and helped amazing properties that perfectly fit our needs. In the ends she was able to help us buy the perfect home, under our budget, which allowed us to have enough left over to put our own personal touches on our new home. Her knowledge of the local area and market was incredibly impressive. Buying our first home started our as an overwhelming and intimidating process but Katherine helped make the entire process enjoyable.
