Andrew was the perfect agent for us! We were first-time home buyers, and Andrew masterfully took care of us and helped us navigate the chaotic Bay Area housing market. We were able to land our dream home on only our second(!) offer, courtesy of Andrew being incredibly diligent, working with listing agents proactively, and helping us go through various housing reports to make sure we didn't end up making uninformed decisions. A lot of people I know who have searched for a home in this market have written upwards of 10 offers before one was accepted, and we know we probably would have been in a similar situation if not for Andrew's hard work and expertise. Andrew makes you feel like more of a friend than a client. We really felt like we could trust him and that he always had our back. We will definitely be working with him in the future if/when we're ready for our next home, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone searching for a Bay Area realtor :)

I had to sell my mom’s condo quickly, she gave me contacts to help clear out, paint, repair and clean, all the way to closing which were great.
