Shelly is in a class of her own. She works tirelessly. Shelly brought our offer to the seller by 11pm on the same day we were told there was a midnight deadline. She chased every email, phone call, and left no stone unturned. She does all this with good humor and tons of personality. Shelly goes above and beyond what you believe someone will do for their job. Clearly, there is much care, concern and well meaning that goes into all her consideration.

I am a repeat customer working with Shelly Flynn! My first experience working with Shelly we sold my beautiful home in Alameda. It was one of the most humbling experiences I’ve had in my life. I was a little nervous about how to price the property, but Shelly diligently explain to me how important pricing can be when selling a property. The outcome literally made me cry with humbling gratitude! Shelly has always made me feel as though I was in good hands. She has gone the extra mile for me repeatedly through my experiences with her. Her professionalism is exceptional. She takes it very personal to obtain the knowledge and expertise of the specific area you’ll be looking to purchase. She is intuitive knowing what it is that you specifically desire in your property. Always keeping your best interest in mind! She absolutely goes the extra mile and creates a very personal experience! I have to say out of all the people I have experienced in my life in some of the most important decisions you will make Shelly is one that I am very grateful was in mine!

Shelly was one of two listing agents (Victoria Tseng) who worked hard to sell our home during a very challenging market. She was an excellent communicator and recommended cosmetic refreshes that added value to the property. We definitely felt like Shelly made selling our home her top priority. She handled a lot of details that other brokers would have ignored - she shouldered a significant burden, because we were on the east coast during the marketing of our home. As is often overlooked, but of great importance, Shelly was highly effective in closing the deal through the final rounds of negotiations with flawless paperwork. In other words, there were no surprises at the closing. We highly recommend Shelly and Victoria to anyone listing their home in Oakland/Piedmont/Berkeley.
