A good friend of mine referred me to Allison after she was able to get top dollar for my friend’s house in Alameda, even when the market was soft for sellers. Allison knew exactly where I should invest moderately to attract buyers with solid offers. In terms of performance, Allison went far beyond that is a typical agent. From selection of paint colors to choice of door knobs, counter tops, bath mirrors, light fixtures, and kitchen appliances, Allison applied her incredible knowledge of what buyers are looking for, and provided hands-on assistance in finding these items. She has access to numerous people who can do all the work necessary from changing an outlet to redoing the entire bathroom. She handled staging of the property for viewing by potential buyers and represented me during an open house. When evaluating offers, she provided sound advice, knew exactly what inspections and documents were required to move things forward. To whatever extent you need services- whether simply listing your property, or planning and orchestrating renovation to maximize return- Allison is there for you, 110%. Two years after the sale of my house, I again contacted Allison, this time to help me buy a condo in Oakland. It was now a sellers’ market, so buyers were paying well-above asking prices. Allison listened carefully to what I was looking for, worked her network to discover new properties, and to uncover why some stale listings were unsold. She drove me to a dozen neighborhoods over several days, and identified potential issues with some condos that we saw. Based on her significant knowledge of the area, current market, and personal relationships with other agents, Allison advised me what sort of offer would likely be accepted. I am writing this review from my new condo. Allison offers the kind of service that you simply won’t find without a knowledgeable trustworthy realtor. Whether buying or selling, Allison is your full-service agent who cares about your needs. A+
