As first-time buyers, my husband and I had little to zero knowledge about how to find or purchase a home, but Julie was there for us every step of the way, offering market insights, expert advice, and encouragement. Leave it to us to embark on the most complex transaction ever! Through months of negotiations, unexpected challenges, and what felt like a million moving parts, Julie showed up for us every day in every way. She consistently found creative solutions to keep the process moving forward, and there was no question too small or worry too big—she was approachable, supportive, and always took care to address our concerns. I have no doubt that we would not have been able to close without her persistence and skill. We are so grateful for Julie’s dedication and recommend her without hesitation to anyone for any real estate transaction, big or small.

I love Jo! She is the best! We went through multiple houses and she was able to get us our home at perfect price. She’s a very motivated agent. She’s also willing to work around your schedule to make sure you can scout homes. Very easy to communicate with. We consider her as family now! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
