To understand my review you need to understand my background. I have been a real state agent, loan agent, and savvy financial investor and adviser through most of my life. Thus I know with detail how the industry works and because of that my standards are very high. Mr. Nolasco has not disappointed in any way, shape, and/or form. On the contrary he has surpassed by leaps and bounds my expectations. He is the type of person that will tell it to you straight and give you all of your options and will work towards what you desire. Obviously, he is in the business to make his commission but unlike many other agents he will earn it by taking care and consideration of his buyers needs and not his own. Honesty, integrity, punctuality, listening, follow-up, representation, communication skills, detail-oriented, empathy, motivation, knowledge, problem solving, calm under pressure, network, experience, proactive, negotiation skills, team player, patience, people skills, and persistence are some of the many skills he possesses. He has many amazing characteristics and I can go on and on and mention many more of them but unfortunately, there is a limit as to how much I can write and this is not a school project where I need to write many pages. You have to believe me when I state I have experienced and tested many of these skills to the limit with him and he has always delivered. In conclusion, I will state that as long as I continue meddling with the real state market Lionel Nolasco will be my only option. Thank you for everything Mr. Nolasco!
