had a wonderful relationship with lynne and hubby rick. she was patient with me and constantly tried to comply with my wishes which mostly came down to get the house sold as quickly as possible. we worked together to make adjustments as needed. she clearly was knowledgeable generally and with the current market situation. working with her made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to handle. would recommend her to anyone.

Through the years, I have always been impressed with Annie's knowledge of the market and the real estate business, but actually going through a home buying experience with my daughter has really demonstrated to me just how much of a power-house she is. From initially viewing recommended auto-prospecting properties that Annie consistently sent me, to having her take me to view homes during this corona-virus pandemic; she was always prompt and knowledgeable with all of the new legal paper-work and new rules regarding viewing and selling a home. I felt extremely confident following her lead throughout the process. I'm not stating this because she is my daughter, but because she is a remarkable agent and a very intelligent young woman.
