Where do I even begin? I’ve been searching for a home for almost a year. Not finding anything in the market especially once the pandemic hit, the market was so competitive. However, no obstacle stopped Yesenia on making sure that I would get my home. That she wasn’t going to settle for anything less, made sure it had all my family’s wants and needs, great school district, safe neighborhood and of course reasonably priced. All of those seemed out of reached, but Yesenia did not stop trying. She would send houses to look from morning to night making sure we don’t miss anything. Until finally, the home I’ve been waiting for came on the market that had everything on my checklist and more. However there were numerous offers even a few that offered $8k more than asking price. How could I beat that? Yesenia, encourage me to write a heartfelt letter to the sellers just in case. Then three days later, Yesenia calls me with great news that they accepted my offer! After that, Yesenia made sure all the paperwork was being completed on time and basically held my hand through this whole process. Without Yesenia’s encouragement, support, drive, I wouldn’t be in MY HOME typing this review. Thank you, Yesenia for never giving up on my family’s dream. You made it happen!
