Joann had much patience with us. For us, patience was needed. We needed to know we had someone ready to assist us when we truly made the final decision in selling our home. We were back and forth, debating what would be best for us. When we finally decided, Joann made everything flow easy. We felt we were in good hands with her. She was very professional, yet made us feel more than just a client. Joann demonstrated great knowledge in the selling process. Paula is amazing. She does everything in her power to make a deal happen, even when the buyer (and seller : ) are stubborn. She helped me quickly buy two investment properties 4 years ago in a very competitive market and now helped me sell both in a super slow market. I don't live close to the properties, so she took care of everything including managing renos and repairs. Her knowledge of the market helped me sell one of the properties in just a couple of weeks.
