Denise Reesha is an extraordinary real estate agent!!! When I was a recent buyer, she represented the seller and became so very helpful to me too!!! Very unusual to have a realtor who helps out so much, definitely went WAY above and beyond to make the deal happen! Very knowledgeable, caring, super responsive, capable, and friendly! She knew all the local ins and outs of which companies to use for plumbing, HVAC, housecleaning, really super helpful! A delight to work with her. Highly recommend!!

Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself.
