I’ve worked with Gil for almost a decade now on several deals, and let’s just say that not all agents are equal. Some deals come easy, but others need someone who has the experience, endurance, and drive to push a deal over the finish line. It requires creativity, knowledge of the market, and the same desire as you to do whatever it takes to get it done. Gil is that guy for me. He’s not afraid of any deal, and he doesn’t quit. Gil for me is my fixer. He’s the first and last call I make, and so far it has worked every time.

Michelle was a joy to work with for selling my fathers house. From the get go I could tell she was a knowledgable agent. She gave us a recommendation based on comps in the area and her own experience. We ended up selling the house for exactly that price. I mean we got a full price offer when we priced the house at her recommended value. As a further note my father doesn't own a computer and Michelle was more than accommodating to his needs for her to come to his home and have him physically sign papers. She was easy to communicate with and responded immediately to any questions via text or email when I didn't actually call her on the phone. In closing I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for an agent. If you're new to real estate or even experienced she will not let you down. I would hire her in the future in a heartbeat.

Archie is extremely knowledgeable about the market and helped to educate me so much throughout the process. He went out of his way to stage and present my house at its very best. His team is loaded with talent and I could see that everyone was an expert in their area. I listed previously with different agents and removed my listing bc the home just wasn’t selling. So glad I gave Archie a shot to put it back on the market! My home was listed in February 2020 and even with COVID-19 and a huge halt in between, Archie continued to work and closed my deal in May 2020! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thankful God brought Archie into our lives!
