This was shown by her respecting your choice on how high or low you are willing to go without pushing you to get a more expensive house. In fact, she would say "I can find you a house just like that for a cheaper price." She does micro details that are hard to explain but truly show the dedication and care for her customer. --Above and beyond. When I was unable to go and attend crucial steps in the buying process, she would go out of her way to ensure she attended them. When I did not know or wanted to fight back on something she would give me here option and still push hard to fight for me. Ex: when I felt the cause of the flooring was too expensive, she investigated the prices and questions the seller until I was satisfied.
