I cannot say enough good things about our real estate agent, Evelyn Calas, who helped us sell my grandmother’s house after her passing. It was a difficult time for our family, but from the very beginning, she was excellent, guiding us through every step of the process with professionalism and care. She went above and beyond by pulling weeds in the backyard herself, arranging for trash pick up and housecleaning, and even creating a stunning drone video to showcase the property. Her rates were the lowest among the three agents we considered, and thanks to her expertise, we received the highest offer of all the estimates. She was a true advocate for us when the buyer requested concessions, ensuring they remained fair and never unreasonable. Her sales strategy was spot-on: the house sold within two weeks! The escrow company she recommended was reliable, thorough, and supported us through the entire transaction. If you’re looking for someone who is dedicated, strategic, and genuinely cares about her clients, I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs, whether you’re buying or selling.

She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She did everything for us and communicated with us through the whole process. It was truly a pleasure to have her be our agent. I would highly recommend her to everyone who is interested in buying or selling their home.
