Her knowledge to on Title 24 codes made it easier to explain to potential buyers what they were buying and to reassure them about the advantages of buying a new construction house over a pre-existing house. She was willing to go beyond what I expected and had previously experienced as a buyer and seller. Will definitely be using her as well as recommending her to everyone I know.

Kelsey was very flexible with her schedule and was able to meet with me on weekends and last minute. The first time we met she did a walk through of my home and gave a ballpark sales price and she was right on with the appraisal. She kept me updated on inquiries.
