Both transactions were smooth and timely despite the normal kinks and issues that always seem to come up. We ended up meeting our objectives--but we needed Stacy’s help so it didn’t mess up our life. It was a bonus that Stacy did all that while being (and staying!) pleasant. The sale was outstanding, we listed on Saturday evening, and had 3 showings the next day! It was sold by the next Saturday, and closing went off excellently!
