Rick Musselman knows the market in Bakersfield well. The first time we met he had comps already ready to go and showed me other homes and what they were going for in the neighborhood. He had excellent advice on any areas of the house that needed Improvement or change. Throughout the entire process there was communication and encouragement. When bids came in the first weekend he was very good about explaining all the bids and the differences between FHA loans and conventional loans. With his help I was able to select the best offer which was over the asking price. While waiting for escrow to close Rick made sure I knew what stage of paperwork we were on. He was quick to inform me on what papers we needed to sign and everything about the papers was clearly understood and he was very thorough with all of his explanations.
