I couldnt have had a better experience! Marisol was absolutely amazing the whole entire process! Always looking for what my heart desired, to how can she help, answered all my calls, all my questions, addressed my requests quickly. My life took a tragic turn when my hubby got sick and in the hospital and Marisol continued to be there for me and when I was ready to continue the process she didn't miss a beat! She worked hard for me every step of the way. I never knew buying a home could be so smooth but Marisol made sure thats how it would be! Closing day she made it even better when she went out of her way to decorate my new home with sentimental pics of my hubby who ended up passing during the process of looking for our dream home. It wasnt only about business for her, she made It personal! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!! She will forever be my go to Agent and my forever friend! She listened to my vision and found my forver dream home!!!!We are truly blessed to have been introduced to an Agent that really does go above and beyond for us!!! To understand my review you need to understand my background. I have been a real state agent, loan agent, and savvy financial investor and adviser through most of my life. Thus I know with detail how the industry works and because of that my standards are very high. Mr. Nolasco has not disappointed in any way, shape, and/or form. On the contrary he has surpassed by leaps and bounds my expectations. He is the type of person that will tell it to you straight and give you all of your options and will work towards what you desire. Obviously, he is in the business to make his commission but unlike many other agents he will earn it by taking care and consideration of his buyers needs and not his own. Honesty, integrity, punctuality, listening, follow-up, representation, communication skills, detail-oriented, empathy, motivation, knowledge, problem solving, calm under pressure, network, experience, proactive, negotiation skills, team player, patience, people skills, and persistence are some of the many skills he possesses. He has many amazing characteristics and I can go on and on and mention many more of them but unfortunately, there is a limit as to how much I can write and this is not a school project where I need to write many pages. You have to believe me when I state I have experienced and tested many of these skills to the limit with him and he has always delivered.
