Brian was wonderful, he was on top of his game from the get go. He sent his photographer out immediately, & he took excellent photos inside, out and from the air via Drone. He went above and beyond to sell our house at our asking price, not to mention it was only on the market for about 12 - 15 days. I would definitely recommend using Brian. He is young but very motivated, and his work ethics are outstanding. He is very much a people person with a great personality. He will do you right and sell your house promptly.

Our agent, Ashley, has sold homes long enough to know what people want and will look for. She gave us pointers on what we needed to do to get our home ready for sale. I also appreciated her communication with us every step of the way, even as little as a document to sign in my email, she would notify me via text that it was there. Even when she was on vacation, she let us know she was still “working” away from home! She was a joy to work with and someone I would choose over and over to handle the job of selling (or purchasing) my home.
