Communication was clear on the steps needed for cleaning and rehabilitating the property for sale. We worked well together in coordinating and choosing contractors during the necessary steps for clean up and basic repairs. They had contacts available and at the same time welcomed my suggestions for alternative contractors for specific tasks. We worked well together and they functioned as my ‘on the ground’ managers. Their demeanor during the listing, showing, and escrow phases, brought us into contact with quality buyers, agents, and escrow officers.
