I appreciated the the information he shared and I left that moment feeling fully informed. Sean is an agent that will take you to any showings and will show up prepared with the property’s background and without a bias to influence your decision (unless requested). Sean Ryan came into my life at the most fortuitous moment. That being after the back-to-back death of my late father and brother, I was faced with the prospect of caring for my beautiful 90 year old mom in one of two family residences. And happily (facing what seemed like insurmountable challenges I still don’t know how I was smart enough to realize a good thing, and more importantly, the real deal when I saw it. Sean, simply stated, is gentleman energized by the outside world. A man who takes challenges with enthusiasm and fortitude, vitality and creativity. Warm and loving family man, socially impressive and professional (in all things) like no one I’d ever seen. Especially from a person I didn’t yet know. This particular property was a former ‘in-town’ condominium I had in the Hollywood Hills. Beautiful and one that had served me well for 25 years. One that also needed some updating. To suggest that his efforts were Herculean, would be a massive understatement. Without fail, at each and every turn (inclusive of, but not limited to a major renovation) those whose talents he employed in this endeavor, continually demonstrated an eye for ethical behavior, nuance and philosophical complexity. Something sadly unusual in this modern-day business world. All, in my opinion, leads to betterment of the Real Estate industry, it’s agents, as well as its patrons. He's honest. Hard working. Inspiring with a impressive skills of inculcating a person with ideals, attitudes and cognitive strategies or professional methodologies beyond reproach. Long story short. The result was impressive to a point of being to the first person who saw the property. I would be remiss that since then, he successfully assisted my late Mother with yet another real estate concern, and me with my current home. I will never be able to properly articulate my admiration and gratitude to Sean – except to humble suggest, that everyone should have a hero like Sean in their life.
