Shelli knows the market and told me from the start of our listing that the market was very slow and it would take a few months to sell our home but that it would sell. She was right. Then she advised us on the price we should try to use to attract a buyer but not go as low as some had as our home had more to offer. She was right. Shelli dealt with everyone involved professionally and kindly. I am happy to have chosen her as the agent to list and sell our home.
