Melinda and her team came in and were so effective and efficient! Although they didnt live in the area they drove down to SD in order to assess the house and hold open houses for us. I cant say enough about their customer service and desire to work for us. This was a very stressful experience for my family and Melinda was able to put us at ease while selling the house within a month.
