Jose showed us all the areas where we could improve our position and helped us make all the correct improvements while avoiding the unnecessary. There were many times when we needed a referral for a contractor or just help in understanding the process going forward and Jose always had the answer for what we needed! He even helped us move things into storage (in the garage) to prepare the house for pictures and staging. Jose's contribution to the sale of our home was well above and beyond our expectations.
