Jim is very genuine and will go to bat for you, no matter how big or small the issue. Every little thing we wanted changed or added to the house before closing, Jim made it happen without question. Whether it was getting us a new stove installed, having a minor water issue fixed or even going as far to find out what brand the staging furniture was that we liked. Not to mention, once we closed Jim was there to hand us the keys with a very thoughtful house warming gift.
