Not only did Kathy show extreme patience in showing us many homes prior to finding the “one” but she also helped to make this purchase the easiest we have ever experienced. It was seamless! Kathy was there every step of the way relaying information and answering questions quickly. When we called or texted ..she answered immediately! At the end of our escrow, right before we moved in we had a few issues with the previous owner. Kathy made certain those issued were resolved and even offered to take care of it herself if they weren’t resolved. Alex is on top of it. He is extremely communicative and available for when you need him. Very professional with a great attitude and takes his profession seriously. Alex did multiple tours with potential renters of my house at all different hours of the day adjusting his schedule constantly. He definitely took off tons of stress off my mind not having to worry about paperwork, tours and doing interviews when I been very busy lately.
