Trish helped us out immensely during the sell off our house. She helped us understand how to prepare for the house sell and made us feel safe with the process. She was extreme detail oriented and made the process as methodical as can be. We then asked her for help with the purchase of our home and in such a difficult market, she helped us navigate the varying types of home offers with their contingencies. She had great forethought into how certain sales would go and that helped us get positioned competitively to buy. She advocated for us in every scenario and we cannot thank her enough.

As a first time home buyer, the process seemed daunting; however, Chris the realtor made the process easy. He avidly follows up throughout the entire process and has a great team behind him. Once our purchase was complete, he even set us up with a brand new floor. I definitely recommend Chris for your buying and selling needs!
