After trying for several years with various different agents, our first home buying search came to an end when we were saved by our hero Mark Wongcharoensuk! Mark not only made the the process of finding a home stress free, he also made it fun and informative. He's incredibly responsive, flexible and very patient. He answered all of our questions all hours of the day and night and took us to see as many listings as we wanted. He was excellent at navigating us through the home search amidst a pandemic and even stood in as a babysitter when our 1 year old son wasn't able to enter the homes with us. He gave us honest feedback about the houses we viewed and was more concerned with making sure that we got the right house for us and than just closing a deal. His genuine commitment and care followed through all the way to helping us get financing and ensuring an expedited close so that our offer would be accepted over 11 other offers. I highly recommend Mark and his team at Apricot Realty, it was such a pleasant experience that I have referred him to all my friends because I know they'll be in good hands.

Jaime Muniz will put in the effort to get you the best deal possible. He’s been the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, and he’s very reliable.

Before we met her, we were going no where with the other real state agents. Our first open house with her, she looked us in our eyes & told us she will find our house for us & after few weeks , we did.
