Like the title mentioned but I wish I would have hired him instead of the one I had. I hired a neighbor I had grown up with, known pretty well all my life in that sense but it turned out to be a nightmare with her. John brought over his clients one afternoon and turns out I had met him prior under different circumstances dealing with cars. Passion of mine. Got along very well. Along the way I had spoken and dealt with him through my agent and otherwise, a little with the sell and more with the personal side. Dealing with the negotiations of the sell, seeing how he handled the side of the buyer, the requests of what needed to be done and the financial dealings of the sell of my home was very strategically performed, keeping every thing fair and really doing a great job for the buyer and making sure all that was needed was done perfectly. It's hard to impress me with my perfectionism but he certainly did so. I could not recommend John more than I do now. Great guy and all in all, human being.
