She was ALWAYS there to answer my text and calls all days of the week and never fails to provide me with first-hand updates. She is also highly knowledgeable and patient. She sat down with me and explained every page and every line of the documents that I needed to sign (twice)! Most importantly, I did not feel rushed throughout the process. Andrea made sure I was comfortable every step along the way from the offer to contingency removal - she was there to protect me as a client.
