He walked us with great detail through this atypical purchase of a co-op property with extensive HOA and unique purchase requirements and process. He sold us on the dream of living in this community of like-minded seniors with so much gusto, even sharing that he himself had recently moved into Laguna Woods! His fluency in Korean and English came in very handy as he is able to maneuver through the complicated real estate buying process with ease while also explaining difficult concepts in Korean to my aunt. We really appreciated his humor, patience and positive mannerisms as my aunt made this huge transition. He even showed us how he takes his big stride walks every day to stay healthy and we all did this ridiculous strides inside the soon-to-be new home, haha. I cannot recommend Jason enough.
