We weren’t planning on it but life happens and we needed to move. A trusted friend first and our mortgage broker second, recommend Justin immediately to us. Though clearly Justin was very busy I felt like we were his only clients. He was always available for us, to ask questions and was willing to go to bat for us immediately. We was very responsive and available. Though he couldn’t always be there in person, he always came through. We found a house we wanted and he helped us get it even though our offer was contingent. The sellers agent said that he was the best agent that she’s ever worked with. He treated us like old friends and is very thorough, detailed and responsive and I felt that we could really trust him with such a big moment in our life. I would highly recommend Justin and his team and work with him again in a heartbeat.

Sara helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home together. She was responsive, organized, and helped us through every step of the process. She explained processes that we were unsure about and walked us through negotiations. She is a great negotiator and lovely to work with.
