Finding a house during these difficult times was very challenging. We looked at too many places for me to count but Carol bent over backwards for me and made a HUGE effort in trying to find me a place I could call home. This included scoping out the neighborhood beforehand to make sure it was a safe and appropriate area for me to live in amongst so many other things she has done for me! Alex was my realtor to sell my Mom's home after she passed away(that was in a family trust). He knows his stuff and was very patient with me as this was all new to me while I was grieving the loss of my mom. Any time I might have had any issues or questions he always tried to make it right and answer in full. His negotiating skills at the end were awesome and we ended up giving the buyer much less of a credit then we thought we would have to.
