He walked us through every step from start to finish, taking the time to explain all the loan paperwork and answer our questions. We felt confident and informed the entire time. Working with Kevin Stead, alongside his wife and partner Diane, has been the greatest gift for me. Since Diane functions as a loan officer, they were able to work with me on the range of properties I would be able to realistically purchase. Furthermore, their knowledge of the process from which loans are approved helped me recognize the finer details of why I should stay away from certain types of properties, or go forward with putting together an offer. I am deeply grateful for Kevin and Diane Stead. I am very happy in my new home because of them. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Kevin and Diane, because it is rare to find such genuine people in their line of work.
