Stephanie was helpful and very knowledgeable. She is very personable and upfront which helped the whole buying process with the selling agents. Stephanie was willing to ask any questions we had to sellers to make informed decisions. Jake was also helping her and willing to go out far to see homes. They make a good team. Thank you for everything! She was right, we stayed with her and got our home!

Jacqueline May is the person my husband and I trust with our most important investment. Jackie sold our home in 1st quarter 2011. I honestly don’t think any other Realtor could have accomplished what she did. We were on a tight deadline and had to sell the house fast. She made it happen?and it was no easy task considering the state of the housing market at the time.

Jackie knew what asking price would command offers, yet still get us an amount we’d be happy with. We had multiple offers—good solid offers—within just one week of listing the property with Jackie. And when a hurdle came along, she rolled up her sleeves and fought hard for us.

We all had a bit of a scare on the day the buyers came to sign the papers. The buyer backed out. But, you won’t believe what happened next. Knowing our urgent timeline to sell, Jackie actually had another buyer lined up within 24 hours! We were amazed at her perseverance and her proactive work style.

One more thing you should know… Jackie was super about communicating with us. She followed up with us a minimum of once per week to give us an update. She always returned calls promptly. We always knew where we stood and what was going on.

Perhaps Jackie's biggest accomplishment was winning the respect of my husband. He's an upfront guy who told her point blank from day one that he had never had a good experience with a real estate agent and didn't trust any of them. Jackie's commitment, perserverance and results won his trust...and our business for life.

If you’re looking for a Realtor you can trust?someone who will work hard to make sure you “love where you live” and get a fair price in the process, then based on my personal experience I recommend you give Jackie a call to find out what she can do for you. She’s a real pro!

Shelly S., Laguna Niguel, CA

This was a difficult and complicated transaction. Lee Ann and her team did excellent job. I’m very, very grateful and plan to work with her in the future.
