We could be considered tough customers. We were relocating from across the country requiring selling, purchasing & leasing coordination. As a transaction broker she assisted us in becoming good friends with the sellers of the home we purchased which went a long way in relieving the stress and logistics of the purchase. We all got along and wanted the best for each other. Ledeen was patient with us as the process was a lengthy one, but the communication was consistent and proactive. We appreciated her knowledge of the area and all the advice she provided along the way.
