I interviewed four agents when I needed to sell my parents house (I was trustee). As a trustee I needed to do extra thorough due diligence in my selection, and after multiple conversations and analysis, I chose Addora, I have absolutely no regrets! She was a reliable, strategic thought partner for how to prepare the property, and deciding where to focus on beautification, cleaning and staging versus where this would not matter to an interested buyer. She has an impressive eye for style and attention to detail which was so important in preparing the property to be on the market. We had two successful open houses and Addora adeptly navigated interested parties, separating real interest from just bargain hunters. Selling a home is a stressful jouney often punctuated with surprises and setbacks. Addora was an excellent partner and guide throughout this journey - so lucky and happy she was our agent! Thank you Addora!

Working with Addora Beall was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What truly sets Addora apart is her unmatched personal touch and deep commitment to her clients' success—you never feel like just another transaction; she is genuinely invested in getting you the best possible outcome. Because I lived far from the home I was selling, her hands-on approach was an absolute lifesaver. Addora consistently took the initiative to manage everything on-site so I never had to travel back and forth. Whether it was meeting vendors and contractors at the house or even facilitating the sale of personal items, she handled every single detail with complete ownership and care. Her sharp eye for detail is second to none, whether navigating complex paperwork or ensuring the property was impeccably presented. Throughout the entire process, she was proactive, thorough, and completely dedicated to protecting my interests. If you are looking for a consummate professional who combines elite real estate expertise with genuine, above-and-beyond care, I cannot recommend Addora highly enough.

We did quite a bit of needed home repair before putting up for sale and Addora had all of the referrals (roofer, electrician, plumber, exterminator, tree trimmer, etc) and met all of them at the house to manage. I am an hour away so this was very helpful and all got done on timely basis. Home sold for more than asking price as Addora thought it would. We are very appreciative of her expertise and managing the home sale.
