Amy Gets 5 stars for everything! She was such a knowledgeable realtor --listing & selling my Lakewood home. Open communication, she would usually call me with updates before I even thought about asking her for one! She always had the latest from the buyers agent for me, as she was very good to keep in communication with the Buyers agent and all of the schedules for inspections etc. She doesn't miss a beat! So thankful to have had Amy sell my home of 37 years.

We worked with Michael to buy and sell our house and he was EXCELLENT! Him and his team worked hard to show our house to over 100 people and we were able to get 200k over asking! We did a great job staging the house and making it look great, but he came in with his photographers and marketed the house super well! Definitely bringing in many more eyes then I could have on my own. He is patient and works with you where you are at, but also gives you advise on what he believes are the best things to do. I'll say this, LISTEN because he definitely knows what he is talking about and helped us big time! When we were initially buying the house, he helped keep us on track with the market and not emotionally over bid on a house. We got a great deal buying it and sold for a great price later! I highly recommend Michael and his team, wonderful to work with!

I rarely write reviews and I have very high expectations of people I hire and maybe that's why I don't write a lot of reviews. I was working with a couple of agents until I met Peggy Aldinger. In my first conversation with her, I realize she is someone I need to help me to purchase a home. My wife and I found a home that checked off a lot of the items on our list and made a good faith offer to the seller and got accepted. We figured this would be a quick close, but we ran into a little problem in that the seller decided to back out of the deal. They were pulling various stunts to frustrate us and to get us to cancel. Without going into all the details of this transaction, Peggy played a vital role to make sure the transaction got closed and we got the keys to our dream home. She demonstrated the highest levels of negotiating skills (to get the lowest price for me the buyer and convinced the seller agent side it is to their best interest to not unethically back out of a contract that they signed); provided so much time and responsiveness to me that I was wondering if I was her only client; a thorough knowledge of real estate policies/laws to make sure her clients are not getting taken advantage of; and last, but not least, she demonstrated a genuine desire to help us realize our dream of owning the home we've spent so many months to find. If you work with Peggy, you will find a great real estate agent and a great person to know.
