After the transaction was secured Mariana worked tirelessly and contacted me daily to arrange for all of the necessary items to close the deal as quickly as possible within 30 days including home inspections, appraisals etc. Mariana also kept in regular contact regarding financing progress as well. The service didn’t end after the closing date as she was able to retrieve property that was promised as part of the sale from the home stagers.
