This is my second experience with Michael. Originally he was the selling agent for the house when I purchased it a decade ago and most recently as my agent to sell it on my behalf. In both instances - and more representing me - Michael proved to be as professional as they come! He is an excellent realtor with extensive knowledge and contacts. He assisted me with every hurdle a seller might encounter. He never steered me wrong, provided me with excellent advice and made me feel like my house was the only house he was selling.
