Lydia consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She sent us videos of potential neighborhoods, stayed on top of scheduling and showings, and provided honest feedback and thoughtful opinions we genuinely trusted. At no point did it feel like she was pushing for a sale. Instead, it always felt like her priority was making sure we found the right home for us. That level of care, transparency, and dedication is rare, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Brad Bankenbush. From a business perspective he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and determined. He was also approachable, friendly and willing to walk us through every step of the selling process. Given that we were selling a home during the pandemic, it could have been more complicated, however Brad made everything run seamlessly. We truly appreciate all that he did on our behalf and would recommend him to anyone.
