When it came time to put our home on the market, we chose Scott White. We had previously worked with Scott when we purchased our home and the experiance was nothing less than perfect. Scott was there to answer questions when the arised and kept us updated on the sales of our home. We would definetely recommend Scott to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.

We needed a realtor to not only help sell our home, but also my parents' and assist us in finding a new home big enough for our combined households. We've worked with Chad in the past and had good experiences so we naturally called him up. Once again, he did a phenomenal job! He talked us through our options and did some rough estimates of what we could expect in the sale of both houses and listened to what we were looking for in a new home. When the pandemic happened, he made sure our homes were safely viewed and had plenty of gorgeous pictures online to showcase both properties. I was pregnant at the time so he was always concerned about my health. We ended up selling our home fast! He got my parents' home sold as well. Our next home is a new construction which he also has experience in and has been knowledgeable about what we should expect. He also went out of his way to ensure we had temporary accommodations while the house is being built. All in all, he's a fantastic real-estate agent, but also an honest and decent person.

We met Tommy while he was showing a home in the area. What stood out to us about him was that he was not pushy for us to buy a home to make a profit, as we've experienced with other realtors, but rather genuinely wanted us to find a home. We let them know we were first time home buyers and after finding that out, him and Lisa sat with us for about 45 minutes explaining the home buying process, mapping out the areas we were looking at, educating us on the market and answering any questions we had for them. We immediately left the open house thinking, "We should definitely use them." The next house we went to see we fell in love with. The next day, we called Tommy and Lisa. They looked into the house, met with us to see it again, met us yet again to show our families. They were very patient with us while we decided if we wanted to put in an offer. We ultimately decided that we would. Through putting the offer in and going back and forth with the seller, Tommy and Lisa guided us through the whole process. They took our late night calls, answered all our questions and fought for this house for us. The seller accepted our offer and from there, Tommy and Lisa continued to guide us through one step after the other. Since we were first time home buyers, we didn't know exactly how this process worked, but they made it very easy and were very patient with us. They explained how the closing process was going to work and were there for each step of it. They also pushed back on the seller on a few items, always looking out for our best interest. We closed on the house, but to this day, they continue to be there for us, answering any questions we have for them about the neighborhood or vendors we need. We cannot thank Tommy and Lisa enough for all the hard work they've put in and all the support they continue to give! We will most definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them!
