He was in the home when each potential buyer visited with their agent, educating them about home and neighborhood details himself - not just leaving a lock box or questions unanswered. He supports the neighborhood with kids 4th of July parades, pumpkin patches and holiday events, supporting a safe and friendly environment for new buyers.
