Kathy was very helpful and professional. She took the time to really understand my needs and helped to find properties appropriate to those needs for me to review. She was very flexible making time to be available when I was free do showings. Once I made a selection she handled the process well and very professionally. In addition, because I was in need of a fast cycle, she was quite proactive keeping things moving and drawing my attention to things I needed to address when time was of the essence. This is the second time I’ve used Kathy’s services and I plan to continue to do so in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Sher Sheldon while selling my house and buying my new home in San Juan Capistrano, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From our very first meeting, she demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, market knowledge and genuine care for my home-buying journey What truly stood out was her dedication in making sure everything went smoothly. Whether it was negotiating on my behalf or addressing any concerns. Thanks to Sher's hard work, communication skills and expertise, I’m now settled into my new home in San Juan Capistrano. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.—Her passion, urgency and commitment to her clients are truly unmatched!
