We sold our townhome for 100K more than she originally estimated, because she recommended to us what improvements to make on the home, and then she lined up the contractors herself, making it so easy for us to get it ready for sale. And sell it did! We didn’t even have to list it, a buyer saw what was going on and made an offer before the work was finished! Wow. And she truly cares about her clients. Escrow closed yesterday, and I’m so happy and so satisfied.
