I am a marketing professor and the presentation Chelsea gave on how she was planning to market our house really impressed me and my wife. There was no question that Chelsea's multi-prong approach to marketing the house was outstanding. She invested her time, effort, and money to market our property. Many of my friends who saw the video of our house commented that it looked like our house was on an episode of HGTV! Chelsea also has access to an incredible network of great realtors who trust her and her eye for great properties. As a result, we had an incredible amount of traffic coming through our house and sold our house for asking price in just two weeks. In addition to her great knowledge of the Irvine real estate market, Chelsea is also very knowledgeable about the process of selling a house. We always felt like we were very well informed in every decision we made and Chelsea always discussed all the options we had to consider.
