Colin is AMAZING. He represented us in 2020 as buyers for our first home (did an awesome job) and more recently in Q1 of 2026 as the sellers when we sold the same house he helped us buy. Tier 1 service and knowledge of the industry. Helped us navigate a plethora of different scenarios in each phase from listing price, staging options and opinions, timing (we were moving out of state), and of course the potential buyers analysis. Colin helped us sift through the tire kickers and shaky offers. Ended up getting over asking with a great buyer. We were always in good hands with him and could confidently keep our minds on the tasks at hand packing for an out of state move with 3 kids and 2 dogs, knowing he was handling the hard stuff. 11 out of 10 stars for service.
