Don was there every step of the way. He helped us get moved, established, find items, places and services, resolved issues and questions and always answered the phone when we called. He always checked and followed up to ensure everything was being taken care of and being done properly. He is the agent you want to ensure a successful and smooth transition.

My husband and I are currently stationed overseas, but needed to find a house relatively quickly after receiving orders back to the states. With our list of wants and needs I was worried it would be a difficult process. To ease our minds and make sure we understood the housing market, Dr. Jose Flores went out of his way one weekend to drive over an hour to a different city and review new houses to ensure when I flew back to the states there were housing options available that followed exactly what we had been searching for. The housing Dr. Flores provided exceeded our expectations and he was even able to secure a discounted price and interest rate for a new build so by the time I flew back the house would be available. Within 24 hours of arriving back to the states my husband and I had secured a house with the help of Dr. Flores that matched exactly what we asked for. Throughout the entire buying process Dr. Flores helped us secure contractors to improve on some items in the house we wanted to fix so at close of escrow we could begin work since my time stateside was limited. Overall Dr. Flores was attentive, and made sure as his clients our interests were always being either met or exceeded. He has always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable through every step of the process as well as making sure we were informed to the best of our ability. I have full confidence, whether you are buying or selling a house, Dr. Flores will make sure you are taken care of, informed, and have the necessary resources available to make the best decision for your family.
