I met Christina at an open house in my neighborhood. She was helpful, positive, funny and not pushy which definitely was a good starting point. We weren't ready to move yet but she kept in touch. When we were ready, she used all the tools in her book to help us sell our house. There was some staging needed since we packed or sold some of our items, so she brought in some one for staging purposes. When it came time to take pictures, she had the perfect guy. I strongly recommend having good pics for your listing, they help immensely. The open houses were well signed and professional. With a price that was market ready, it took only 2 weeks for us to receive a strong and successful offer. For our area, 2 weeks was phenomenal. When it came time to fix a couple of things, she had a guy. :) Every situation that arouse, she was calm and very helpful. When things get a little crazy selling a house, she was there to listen and problem solve, mostly listening to me. haha. I had more than an incredible agent, I had a friend. She is beautiful inside and out, always laughing and smiling, has great real estate skills and lots of spunk. haha. You will enjoy your real estate experience with her as your agent.

Christian is changing how real estate is marketed and sold, and eliminating the disconnect and lack of communication between agent and seller that you find with many realtors. He came highly recommended by multiple friends. Don’t let the upbeat attitude and nice guy personality fool you, this dude is a real estate slinging beast. Christian and his team earn every penny of the commission by outworking everyone else and making sure everything goes smooth and quick. Christian came with a fully prepped binder on my specific house and an entire plan of action to market and sell the property. While my remodel was being finished he was out using all the various social media platforms and connections he has to build hype and interest for the property. Whether it was 6am or 9pm he was always available via text, phone call or email to answer any questions. He was completely honest, upfront and extremely accurate about what the property was worth (unlike other realtors that have the same exact home up the street listed much higher but have been sitting for months and multiple times reduced the price trying to get interest, that’s bad in this hot market). Once I handed Christian the keys I didn’t have to do a thing except sign the selling docs two weeks later. Because of his hardwork, hustling, premarket buzz he created and professional photos he had taken, we received over a dozen offers in less than 48 hours. Christian had it sold and closed 24 days after he listed the property on MLS, 24 DAYS! That was including multiple days of showings, negotiations, offer acceptance, inspection, appraisal, loan approval, escrow and closing.
