When I mentioned that to the people at the escrow company they were quick to agree: "Oh yeah, David has been absolutely fantastic throughout and has helped make this go so smoothly." Trust me when I say you won't find someone better than David. And because he's also a mortgage broker he really made the whole process seamless, and I'll no doubt be going to him for any and all future endeavors with this or any other property.
